The results of clinical trials evidenced Crystagen high efficacy in correction of secondary immunodeficiency, developed as a response to extreme factors impact. Crystagen application in combination with symptomatic medications normalized the indices of immune system in 83% of cancer patients subjected to radio- and chemotherapy. The immunological study showed that Crystagen administration resulted in restoration of virtually all registered indices in cancer patients to their normal values, concentration of CD3+ and CD4+ lymphocytes was increased, and the ratio of CD4+ and CD8+ cells in the peripheral blood was normalized.
The majority of patients noted a significant improvement of general status, disappearance of intoxication symptoms, increase of the muscular tonus and appetite improvement. It must be particularly taken into account, that 100% of main group patients were able to undergo a complete course of radio- or chemotherapy (in control group - 79% of patients).
