The effectiveness of Crystagen application was estimated both with respect to dynamics of subjective complaints, as well as according to objective indices, i.e. clinical blood and urine examination, biochemical and immunological study of peripheral blood. The results of clinical trials evidenced Crystagen high efficacy in correction of secondary immunodeficiency, developed as a response to extreme factors impact. Crystagen application in combination with symptomatic medications normalized the indices of immune system in 83% of cancer patients subjected to radio- and chemotherapy. The immunological study showed that Crystagen administration resulted in restoration of virtually all registered indices in cancer patients to their normal values, concentration of CD3+ and CD4+ lymphocytes was increased, and the ratio of CD4+ and CD8+ cells in the peripheral blood was normalized.

 

The majority of patients noted a significant improvement of general status, disappearance of intoxication symptoms, increase of the muscular tonus and appetite improvement. It must be particularly taken into account, that 100% of main group patients were able to undergo a complete course of radio- or chemotherapy (in control group - 79% of patients).  In the course of Crystagen clinical trials, no contraindications, complications, side effects or drug addiction was revealed.
